Osvaldo Juvier is a Senior Energy Executive with over 38 years international experience in Asia, South America, the US and Australasia. His experience spans hands-on and executive positions in energy sector investment, restructuring, reform, commercialization, and privatization in developing countries. He also has extensive experience in handling large scale procurement, negotiating contracts, managing assets and handling corporate investment development portfolios in the energy sector.
Particular experience includes his role as Senior Policy Advisor for a USAID funded program in Georgia and Afghanistan, for an ADB and World Bank funded energy programs in Bangladesh and as Asset Manager VP on several international power projects such as a 1400 MW Hydroelectric Plant and Dam work in Argentina which included the infrastructure for the facility’s civil and road works, a 1000 Km HV transmission system in Argentina, a 350 MW power station in Chile, a 300 Km gas transmission pipeline, a 160 MW power station in Virginia USA, a 50 MW power plant in California, USA.
He has worked on assignments around the world including resident assignments in the following countries: Afghanistan, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Bangladesh, Chile, Indonesia, Mauritius, Mexico, Nepal, USA, Venezuela, and Vietnam. He is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers.

Sanda F. Infanti is an Executive Director of Interpro International and a licensed Real Estate Agent specializing in International Real Estate. In this capacity she is responsible in determining the client’s buying power, including financial reserves and borrowing capacity, and in referring clients to the lenders best qualified to help them. As part of the process, Sanda can determine what kind, if any, immigration visa the client needs — Immigration Attorneys, banks and mortgage companies — offer limited choices. Sanda can assist the client in the selection process by providing objective information about each property, guide them through the closing process and make sure everything flows together smoothly and successfully to close a deal.
Sanda is a member of The Miami Realtor Association with 20 years’ experience in Private International Banking. She has worked for Israel Discount Bank, Bank United, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. As an officer she was responsible to increase customer base through Strategic Market Planning and managed a portfolio of over $50MM.
She developed and conducted several financing workshops for Fortune International Realty offices and various professional firms locally and abroad. She has traveled extensively to promote the bank business in South America as well as in Europe. Prior to her banking experience she worked for a prestigious Immigration Law Firm located in New York City as a Foreign Correspondent and Immigration Specialist for over 10 years.
